17 [Voice/Action]

[The journal clicks on, and Gold appears on the other end. He appears to be rather dirty, and he has a shovel slung over his shoulder. His goggles are pulled down over his eyes, presumably related to the aforementioned dirt and shovel.]

Hey, anybody know where I can find some cement? Preferably not dried. You know, the powdery stuff you have to mix and pour!

[Outside all day, along the river between houses 15 and 16, there is Gold, digging a large hole in the ground. A large green frog and small purple monkey seem to be curously watching him, while the even larger fire badger thing has decided to instead sleep in and soak up the sunlight, ignoring what its trainer is doing instead. Gold appears to be carelessly tossing the dirt behind him so that it inevitably collects on the path. Try not to trip over the pile or get hit by flying dirt, especially if you decide to stop and gawk at what he's doing.]

Mikado returns quite a while later with a rather large bag of that powder stuff. He drops it down next to the hole and stretches. MAN THAT WAS HEAVY ]

After a moment of contemplating, he'll head back into the house. Brb man getting some water. ]

[ BACK WITH A NICE BIG BUCKET. He plops it down next to the bag and addresses Gold, ]

So... now what?

Add water to powder. Make cement. [Come on dude how sheltered are you to not know that.]

Ah... yes. But... [ ...OKAY WELL fine. He'll nod and start doing your dirty work, Gold. YOUR POOL IS ON THE WAY. ]

[Yeah, you better mix that cement, and do it. If you want to use this pool, you have to contribute.]

Oi, Politaro. Help him out with that.

[YOU WANT WATER? YOU GOT WATER. While Mikado works on that, Gold works on finishing shaping up the pool. It needs to have LEDGES on it.]

[ SO Mikado will work with Politaro to mix the cement. And when it's good enough consistency, he'll start pouring it into the bottom for a thin layer first. When he's done with that, he'll step back and squint at it. ]

Is that okay?

Perfect! Now, we gotta spread some along the sides.

[ Nod! And... wiping his forehead before going ahead and pouring some for the sides. Slowly. He doesn't want to accidentally pour it all in the middle again or something.

When that's done? TIRED. Plopping down next to the bucked and waiting for Gold's judgment. ]

[Gold slowly spreads what Mikado pours, trying to get an even coating along the sides.

Once that's done, he pauses, staring at it with a concerned expression.]
